Roundu Valley village in the longest canyon of Skardu. It is a sub division of district Skardu. Thowar is its headquarters. Known as the gateway to Baltistan.Its population is about 80,000.
Roundu is 200 km long valley. The people of
Roundu speak two languages i.e. Balti and Shina.
